Comments from the Author After fifteen years of coaching and telling thousands of stories, good and bad, some players said, in passing, “Coach, you should write a book.” I welcomed the challenge and wrote Catching Dreams. This was an off-and-on, three-year project that was fun to do in my spare time on weekends or late nights when I felt like writing. I hope to reach people of all ages by giving them motivation to put a plan into action to reach their dreams.

After meeting Mr. Pellum in a class and purchasing a copy of his book, I read it as soon as I arrived home after class. William's inspirational message of persistance, following your heart and pursuing your dreams is universal. The next day I gave 'Catching Dreams' to a young athlete who had just graduated from high school and was uncertain about his future endeavors. I knew right away this book would be a great inspiration for him. Mr. Pellum's book is a very fast read, due in part because of his writing style, but mostly because the reader wants to find out what happens next. When I finished reading 'Catching Dreams,' my first thought was 'what will Mr. Pellum do next?' This text is a valuable asset for young people who may feel disempowered by their present life circumstances, as well as those who need a reminder to follow their dreams!

I personally enjoy this book myself. After reading this I was able to find myself within and became a better person, not only to myself but also to others. I knew what I wanted in life and I set a goal that I know I'm going to accomplish because of the book catching dreams. if you have not taking the time out to read this awesome book. I strongly suggest you do so. Don't wait and don't procrastinate. There's only a few copies left. so get yours while you can.

Wonderful book! It tells the stages of life in becoming a ball player as well as how to believe that you can become a great asset to society. I would recommend this book to people of all ages as an inspirational journey to succeed.
