About the Author Patrick is a Master Mentor, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Practitioner of Healing Prayer. Teaching Creative Visualization, he guides clients to create new possibilities in healing. He specializes in facilitating the well-being of his clients while they adjust to increasing healing and its positive life-altering effects. During his own experience of cancer, a friend offered healing prayer. This prayer was so powerfully helpful that Patrick later trained as a Healing Prayer Practitioner. Over the years, he has worked with hundreds of people who are living the experience of cancer using prayer and hypnotherapy to engage the principles of healing. Patrick understands the trauma that bad news brings, and the adjustments we can make in our lives to enable us to live in wellbeing. He has been cancer-free for over seventeen years. After the death of his 19-year-old daughter, Cynthia Jean, Patrick began to write inspirational poems and stories. The first poem was written the day-after Cynthia died and was titled “Imagine.” The preamble of “Imagine” was, “Daddy, I am ecstatic. You must write my poem for my friends.” The poem began with the phrase, “Imagine Him who creates flowers.” The proven healing power of the words of this poem convinced him that he should share his experiences with those who are within their own journey of healing. “Imagine” has been read in churches across the country. It inspires healing in a variety of life experiences. As a Healing Prayer Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, he brings uplifting messages and practical processes for healing to his clients. He trains Caretakers in how to help those in critical need. His workbook, “Healing, A Journey” provides Caretakers with a process to help those in keen need feel comfortable and confident that healing is possible. Healing can be a journey of great spiritual and personal growth when assisted and encouraged by proper guidance.
